Marla Simmons 1967 Camaro Convertible

Marla’s husband, John brought us this cherry rag top from northern Nevada for a complete re-do. The plan is to update the suspension, wheel and brakes and add an LS2 and 4L60E to the already stunning car. The interior was hand crafted of mostly bare Carbon, and gives a very modern look to it. We start by removing the entire front and rear suspension to begin the update. Even though the car already had a powdercoated frame, we take it back down to bare metal to weld up the poorly done factory seams. The car is getting front and rear Global West parts with AFX spindles, and a new set of rims to replace the played out TT2’s on the car currently. We will be installing the LS2 into the vehicle after a re-wire of the chassis from American Auto Wire. Check back soon…
